We are a team with many years of experience in business and technology. We feel an open-source mobility stack would open up more business ideas. With that mission, we have launched CarGator, an enterprise grade open-source mobility stack.
The Problem
Managing fleets and coordinating tow truck requests is often complex, requiring real-time communication and quick response, especially during emergencies. Traditional methods of handling these requests lack automation and scalability, leading to inefficiencies.
The Solution
We developed an app for Cargator that integrates fleet management and automates tow truck requests via a WhatsApp bot. The app allows users to request assistance through WhatsApp, triggering real-time dispatch of tow trucks and providing fleet operators with a streamlined, automated solution for managing requests and responding to breakdowns efficiently.
