The Client
VGOS (Vibgyor Group of Schools) aims to challenge their students with a unique educational experience which emphasizes a seamless blend of academics, sports, performing arts, community and experiential learning program.
Today VGOS are one of the leading schools in the nation, offering a wide choice of educational streams such as the Council for The Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and University of Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) as well as the option of National and International curriculum for students up to Grades K-12.
The Problem
VGOS required a centralised monitoring application which would help them to bring all their different schools under one Central Command. This central command will be responsible to manage the availability of devices to respective school staffs, confirm that all activities performed on digital devices are for betterment of students education, monitor unauthorized usages and minimize wastage of precious resources, and improve security.
The Solution
We at Code-B, designed an Application for Windows and Android devices, that will silently monitor the School Properties and create a log / statistics report.These information is available at a bird eye view as well as low level detailed view.A planned hierarchy system will ensure that people with their respective assigned roles will ensure security, usage tracking, and availability of devices with proper updates.
