The Client
hBits is the most experienced and leading fractional ownership platform in the country, working at the intersection of real estate and technology. We started in 2018 with the vision to democratize access to real estate. Real estate traditionally was only accessible to ultra HNIs and institutions.
Our goal is to become a global market for real estate by bringing this lucrative asset class to the everyday investors.
The Problem
The customer desired to transition from their current in-house setup to new cloud technology infrastructure. Additionally, they aimed to facilitate connections between property owners and prospective renters.
The Solution
We constructed distinct portals tailored to various user types to enhance manageability, comprehension, and maintenance. Furthermore, we deployed them globally utilizing AWS services to expand customer outreach.
