The Client
Prince Bank Plc. started as a private microfinance institution and was transformed into a commercial bank granted by the National Bank of Cambodia in 2018, and is incorporated as a public limited company under Ministry of Commerce.Currently it it has thirty-five branches located in twenty-two provinces and cities across Cambodia.
Prince bank also has Priority Banking Lounges, Special Number Account, PRINCE eAccount, special function E-Red Pocket, Virtual Mastercard and Visa card, Instant Mastercard and Visa card, Overseas Funds Transfer via SWIFT on, KHQR payment, Loan Management system, Trade Finance, PRINCE Mobile app, PRINCE MobileBiz app, PRINCE Merchant app, the First Drive Thru ATM in Cambodia, E-Learning, HRIS, and HR In The Pocket, billers applicable, PRINCE Pay merchants outlets etc.
The Problem
With so many features to handle their requirement was to upgrade the current simple Banking Website to a Platform where Customer can have everything at a glance, as well as manage all their account related activities efficiently.
The Solution
With so much to handle, highly efficient planning and execution was undertaken to make a platform that was really sophisticated yet easy to manuver, understand and use for all the existing and newly growing customer base. This was done in iterations with Input from actual customers, which enabled a smooth upgrade and transition to what the website is now.
