Through its digital banking platforms, customers can conveniently access their accounts, make transactions, and manage their finances from the comfort of their homes or on-the-go. These platforms provide secure and efficient services, including online banking, mobile banking, and other digital channels, ensuring that customers have access to their funds and banking services anytime, anywhere.
The Problem
Web-app to enable login for employees as well as bank customers/new customers, and carry out respective operations, to reduce load on employees and reduce waiting time for customers. The app should be able to run on bank tablets, bank teller machines and bank kiosks.
The Solution
We developed a user friendly web app that will fulfil the above requirements where users can self engage and do basic/ advanced operation easily and will not have to depend on availability of bank employees. This app runs on bank tablets, kiosks and bank teller machines. Employees can access on their respective laptop/computers ensuring smooth operations.
